We design, engineer and install Control4 automation, lighting, whole-home audio and high-performance networks for luxury residences from Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale across South Florida.
Most integrators make you call to find out what anything costs. Move the controls and watch a real planning range build in front of you — no form required to see the number.
Every one of these can stand alone. The reason people call us is to make them behave as a single, quiet, reliable system.
Control4 at the centre — one app, one remote, one keypad language across the whole house.

We walk the property, read the plans, and specify to how you’ll actually live — not to a package tier. You get drawings, not a parts list.
Rack elevations, network topology, load schedules, keypad engraving. Documented before anyone pulls a single wire.
Coordinated with your builder and electrician on their schedule. Clean terminations, labelled runs, a rack you’d be happy to show people.
Remote monitoring, proactive fixes, and a human who answers. The part that decides whether you like the system in year ten.
From our two home bases we cover Miami through Palm Beach, plus Naples and Metro Atlanta. Pick your area for local detail — permitting, HOA realities, and the builders we already work alongside.
Most integrator sites make you book a call to learn anything. We’d rather you arrive already knowing what you’re getting into.
Ask us something elseFor a 3,000–5,000 sq ft home, most integrated projects land between $35,000 and $120,000 depending on how many systems you tie together and the level of finish. Lighting control and whole-home audio are the usual starting point; a dedicated theater is typically the single largest line item. Our System Designer gives you a live range in about a minute without talking to anyone.
No. Roughly half of what we do is retrofit. Wireless lighting (Lutron RA3, Control4 Chime) and mesh audio let us do a great deal without opening walls. We’ll tell you honestly on the walkthrough which parts need wire and which don’t — and what that changes about the budget.
Consumer platforms are excellent at single devices and poor at coordination. Control4 is a dedicated processor that runs locally, so your lights don’t stop working because the internet is down or a cloud service was discontinued. It also drives things HomeKit can’t — motorized shades, multi-zone audio, matrix video, pool and climate. We frequently integrate with Apple Home rather than replacing it.
Control4 tiers its dealers on training, certification and installed volume. Gold means our technicians hold current Control4 certifications and we install enough of it to stay genuinely fluent in the platform — not a company that touches one system a year. It also gives us direct escalation to Control4 technical support when something needs it.
A focused retrofit — lighting or audio in an occupied home — is usually one to three weeks. A full new-construction integration runs alongside the build for six to twelve months, with our work concentrated at rough-in and again at trim. We schedule around your builder, not the other way round.
This is the question that actually matters. Every system we install is remotely monitored, so we often see a failure before you do. Most issues are resolved without a truck roll. Your rack is labelled and documented, which means any competent integrator can service it — we don’t hold your house hostage.
A conversation, a walkthrough, and a real design — before you commit to anything. No pressure and no obligation.
